e4cents is an online-only retailer of consumer products. Orders are shipped directly to customers from our fulfilment partners. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or adjust the order after notifying you.

5. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method. We may cancel or refuse orders if payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, product availability changes, or shipping restrictions apply. You will be notified if your order is cancelled or requires additional verification.

6. Shipping and delivery

7. Returns and refunds

We offer a 14-day return window on eligible products, counted from the date you receive your item. All robots are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are covered when reported within 7 days of delivery. 8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions, is the property of e4cents or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for delays caused by suppliers, carriers or customs, or for losses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
