These Terms govern your use of e4cents.ca, operated by Lyons Hub Inc. under the trade name e4cents. By using or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

e4cents is an online-only retailer of consumer products. Orders are shipped directly to customers from our fulfilment partners. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order and must provide accurate information.

2. Products, pricing and orders

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, prices and availability. Colours, packaging or minor details may differ slightly from the images shown. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, a pricing error occurred, or the product is unavailable. You will be notified if this happens.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Canada and the United States. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7 to 14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and refunds

We offer a 14-day return window on eligible products, counted from the date you receive your item. All robots are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are covered when reported within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for conditions, final sale items and warranty information.

5. Use of the website and intellectual property

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, interfere with it, or copy its content without written permission. All content is the property of e4cents or its licensors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by suppliers, carriers or customs.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and changes
